Hey all!
I'm excited to report that alllll the Dragon Latitudes hardcovers, and anything else related, are in the mail! If you're getting a hardcover from this last batch, you should have an email from Legend Has It LLC (that's me) with tracking details. If you don't have that email, you should be getting it soonish. When you get your goodies, make sure you got everything and let me know if something is wonky!

And another teeny tiny ask...once you've read Dragon Latitudes, I would super appreciate it if you could leave a review on the book platform of your choice! It should be loaded on all the major ones (though I'm not sure if you can leave a review before it comes out.) You can leave a review on Amazon and/or Goodreads right now, though! Dragon Latitudes hits stores on October 31, 2023 (yes, spooky!)
What's next?
I have 2 campaigns planned for 2024 and you get a sneak peek!
All of my Outlaw Mage books are getting the same treatment as Dragon Latitudes (glorious full color with art created by me.) Dreamer, Persuader, and Songbinder will all have fancy special edition covers to match Breaker and Effigest! (I just don't have the art yet, so using the existing covers in that image for now.) If you have one of the first edition illustrated versions of Breaker or Effigest, those are being retired so you have something not many others will have!
Look for this campaign in March 2024!
And for this next one...shhhh, it's SUPER SECRET because you're getting to see the cover before anyone else...
That's right, Book 2 in the Airship Dragons series will be on Kickstarter in Summer 2024! It'll have the same gorgeous treatment as Dragon Latitudes. I can't wait to continue the adventure!
Once I have prelaunch pages for both of these campaigns, I'll post an update so that you can follow it to be notified when they're live.

Hardcover update!

Hey there!
It's time for an update on the status of the hardcover editions!
Sprayed Edges Editions
There was some weirdness going on with the printer I'm using, so I received about 35ish of the hardcovers and then had to wait before getting more. Long story short, I spent my time working on the Sprayed Edges upgrade orders with that first batch. So if your order included a sprayed edges edition and other items I had on hand, your order will be shipped this next week! You'll receive an email when it ships.
Non-Sprayed Edges Editions
If you ordered a non-sprayed edges version, my next shipment should arrive at my house in the next 1-2 weeks. I've been frustrated at how long it's taken to get them, so my goal is to start processing those puppies as soon as possible so I can reclaim my office! (Seriously, it's a madhouse in here.) You'll also receive an email once these ship!
Mugs
For those of you who ordered mugs, I received notification they are all being shipped so with luck, you'll have them in the next week or so. Yay!
Everything Else
All of the Oracle card-only shipments went out at the beginning of September, so those should all have arrived. All of the paperback-only shipments have gone out except for one that had multiple books and I had to get a bigger box (but yours is shipping this week!) So once I hit the post office, the only items that y'all should be waiting on are orders with Hardcovers and related items (ie if you ordered a hardcover AND a paperback, your paperback won't ship until I can send it with your hardcover.) I hope that makes sense!
I'll send out another update once the rest of the orders have gone out. I'm hoping that very soon everyone has their goodies!

Hey there!
Great news! Fulfillment is chugging along like the Little Engine that Could, and today I dropped all of the outstanding paperback tier books off at the post office. (If you have a hardcover tier and you ordered a paperback, too, this won't include you at the moment. But sooooon.)
The audacity of these boxes to take over my home office! lol
As far as the hardcovers, I should be getting another delivery of them next week! I've had a couple issues come up with the printer, so hoping they're all resolved so I can get rolling!
Also, did you know I have a reader group over on Facebook? If you're so inclined, I'd love for you to come hang out! You'll get exclusive behind-the-scenes peeks, snippets of whatever I'm currently writing, the chance to chat with other readers, enjoy memes, and whatever other shenanigans I'm up to!

Hey there! I'm back with another update, because things are happening!
Let me show you the things that are happening:
The gold foil Oracle card arrived today! It's so shiny and cool! (See, I told you there was a shiny).
Annnd the collectible character cards came! They feel like real playing cards. Really nice. I'm so pleased with how they came out, so I think everyone getting these will enjoy them!
LOOK AT THIS! The dragon art cards!
"But Amy," you say, "the campaign said I was getting 3!"
Yeah, well, sometimes I do wild and crazy things like throw in extra stuff for my campaign people. So if you have art cards as a part of your order, you can anticipate having all 4 of these beauties coming to you. (I wish I'd created the art of the dragons over the water with their reflections earlier so that it could be in the book, but alas...this is the only way anyone currently snags that piece.)
I also had 32 paperbacks arrive today! (Half of the order, allegedly more will arrive soon.)
Okay, on to business now...
The charge for shipping/addons you got in Backerkit is imminent! Be aware this will happen reeeally soon (like after I post this, unless my children derail me. In which case, later!)
But this is a good thing! It means all the digital things in Backerkit will start distribution, too. Yay!
Since I'm starting to get my physical items, I'm going to be locking down addresses! I'm sending out a 48 hour notice before they lock. Go in and update if you need. Hardcover backers: I'm going to try to not lock y'all down yet. But if I fail at the technology, I apologize.
I still have 13 people outstanding who haven't completed your survey. I'm sending another reminder email if you're in that group. You'll receive it from Backerkit, so please please go fill out the survey. I want you to have your pretties!

Paperbacks, Stickers, and Shipping - Oh My!

This update will be a chonker, full of lots of news. Woohoo!
Paperbacks
The paperback proof with the duplex cover arrived, and I'm super happy with it! So happy with it that I went ahead and put in the order to fulfill all the paperback orders for this campaign. That means in a couple of weeks (depending on printing/shipping times) I should be able to start shipping out these lovelies.
But I'll let the pictures do the talking...
(Hardcover backers, don't have FOMO - the interiors of these are B&W, and yours are gorgeous color. This just gave me a chance to shiny up the paperbacks!)
Stickers
The stickers came in! They're so cute, I hope you love them as much as I do. I had a Yeti cup that had not yet been decorated with any stickers, so now it's my official Dragon Latitudes cup.
Physical backers are getting all these fun stickers! (Yeti cup not included.)
Shipping
Since I had the proofs come in, I was able to get accurate shipping weights and you should now see shipping added to your order in Backerkit. As a reminder, shipping will be charged prior to shipping. With items coming in, that means probably by the end of the month you'll see the charge for shipping come through. That's a good sign, because then you're that much closer to these goodies in your hands! Woohoo!

Indie Author Book Fair
I'll be at this HUGE indie author event along with around 80 other authors, wowza! If you're in the Houston area, I'd love to see you there! It's indoors, so you can have an air conditioned activity on what's sure to be another sweltering day.

Readers and Authors Vegas Event (RAVE)
I'll be at RAVE with several hundred other amazing indie authors. This is a massive event, so if you're in the Las Vegas area you should definitely check it out. Since I have to fly in, my stock on hand will be limited. If you want to pick up your Dragon Latitudes items from me there in person, let me know and we can make it a "local pickup" in Backerkit.
