The other digital goodies will be getting sent out once I get to the point where I can charge for shipping (because Backerkit is set to not distribute until cards have been charged). But the other stuff is still on track to come. Yay!

Dragon Latitudes Orders Locking!

Hi All,
I'm back from vacation! I put in the final notice on Backerkit for orders to lock, so for everyone who has submitted a survey, those will be locking Saturday.
I've already started to order based on the current item counts:
- Vellum inserts! In fact my vendor was so on top of things they arrived while I was at Disney.
- Stickers - all 4 styles are ordered and I should receive them in a few days.
- Character cards - ordered them yesterday. I think I ordered a size larger than intended, so those of you receiving them will have tarot-sized cards. We'll consider it a happy accident.
- Oracle cards - I got the gold foil figured out, but I'm waiting for the item counts to be finalized because these are pricey.
- Dragon art prints are finalized, but because I'm using the same vendor as for the Oracle cards, they're waiting for final counts.

And just as a fun aside, my vacation was not without its share of steampunk dragons. I was very excited to see this beauty in the Festival of Fantasy parade at Magic Kingdom:
Also, I'm waiting on the proof for the paperback to arrive! The printer took longer than expected to go through the digital approval process, so I'm hoping the printing and shipping doesn't take as long. Fingers crossed!
But, everyone who has filled out a survey and had their order locked will be getting their digital edition of Dragon Latitudes in the next few days! I'll make another update when those go out, so that everyone can check to make sure you receive it.
Important notice for those who haven't filled out the survey:
You MUST answer the survey to get your rewards. I can't get them to you if you don't fill it out. You will only have until June 22, 2024 to fill out the survey and claim your rewards. That's 1 year from the end of the campaign. If you do not fill it out within that time, your rewards will be forfeit and you won't receive a refund since the items will already have been ordered. Hey y'all,
I'm so excited to share with you that the full-color hardcover proof for Dragon Latitudes arrived...and wow, I'm about to lose my mind over how vivid the colors are. It's amazing and gorgeous and so pretty! But enough about me blabbing...here's a collage I made of it as a teaser:
It's really something. I can't wait to get this in everyone's hands!
Now some quick other updates...
Extension for locking orders
I was going to lock orders bright and early this morning, but I decided to give an extension since the proof came in! This means if you didn't order the Hardcover but now you want to, you can update your order. Yay! I'll lock orders on Thursday, August 10th. This gives you 10 days to think about if you want to add this shiny to your order (and it gives the 20 people who haven't filled out the survey a little more time to get that done.)

Hey y'all!
Just a reminder that I need item counts soooooon, so orders will lock on Monday. This means if you filled out the survey, you soon won't be able to make any changes. And this means if you haven't filled out your survey, you should probably get on that!

Apple ID Backers:
Backers who have pledged to the campaign using their AppleID but haven't completely set up their Apple Pay account (linking their email address to their Apple Wallet) will have issues receiving their emails from BackerKit.
Those backers have a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address and will need to reach out to me or BackerKit Support to update their email address in BackerKit.
You'll be able to reach out to BackerKit Support by clicking the "need help" link from the Lost Survey page: https://www.backerkit.com/are_you_a_backer. When you write in to Support, please provide your name and your Kickstarter pledge number, which can be found in your Kickstarter pledge confirmation email.
Please update your Apple Pay email as soon as possible to prevent this from happening in the future. You can learn more about hiding your email when signing in with Apple here.
